Bean & Beluga – Beans and caviar
With his own restaurant and a new concept, Stefan Hermann, Germany’s youngest star cook, provides a home for good taste, namely in the old-established Café Binneberg in the uptown quarter Weisser Hirsch. For the 35-year-old star cook it is not a matter of straining for effect. The cuisine is pure, unvarnished, natural and modern. It is not the arrangement of the meal itself that is focused in the first place, but rather the sensuality of the experience of »eating«. Next to the restaurant »Bean & Beluga« there is the day-bar of the same name, a delicatessen with particularly recommendable delicacies and of course a cookery school under the motto »Experience the taste – do it yourself«.

Pfund’s Molkerei – the most beautiful Dairy in the World
Taste French cheese and a matching wine in the colourful and richly illustrated ambience of the most beautiful dairy in the world and allow yourself to be inspired by the successful company history of the Pfund Brothers. The dairy was the last chain link in a clever and far-sighted company planning strategy. Initiator and organiser was Paul Gustav Leander Pfund (1849–1923). He was the first person to produce condensed milk in Germany, developed baby food with the quality of mother’s milk and goat milk soap for sensitive skin. He delivered his wares to Dresden and the world. His greatest achievement, however, was the introduction of pasteurised milk in 1900.
